Eliminate bin odours and contamination risk with water soluble bin liners. This premium PVOH liner dissolves completely in digesters above 60°C alongside organic waste, removing the need to handle contaminated plastic or clean soiled bins. The 73 litre capacity handles heavy food waste without tearing during collection and transport.
Designed for commercial kitchens, healthcare facilities, aged care, and hospitality venues processing organic waste through digester systems, these liners streamline waste handling while eliminating plastic contamination in processing systems.

Perfect for: Commercial kitchens, hospital food services, aged care facilities, hotels, and hospitality venues processing organic waste through digester systems.
Line your 73 litre bin and collect organic waste as normal. When full, lift the liner out and load it directly into your digester system. During processing, heat above 60°C dissolves the PVOH film within 3 to 5 minutes. The liner biodegrades fully, leaving no microplastics, residue, or contamination in the digester or final output.
Standard plastic liners contaminate organic waste streams with plastic fragments and microplastics. PVOH liners dissolve in hot processing above 60°C, so organic waste processes without plastic separation. This reduces contamination risk in digesters and supports cleaner compost or output for downstream use.
Standard plastic bin liners contaminate organic waste streams with microplastics that persist in soil, water systems, and food chains. PVOH liners dissolve completely during digester processing, leaving zero plastic particles in the final output. This protects soil quality when processed waste is used as fertiliser or compost.
Traditional plastic liners must be manually separated from organic waste before digester processing, creating additional plastic waste that goes to landfill. PVOH liners process alongside organic waste, eliminating this separation step and the resulting plastic disposal burden.
Unlined bins require frequent washing with cleaning chemicals and hot water between uses. Water soluble liners eliminate this cleaning requirement, reducing chemical runoff and water consumption in facility operations.
By allowing organic waste to process cleanly without plastic contamination, these liners enable true circular waste systems where processed organic matter returns safely to agricultural use without microplastic pollution.
These liners have been trialled with commercial digester systems and work in any digester with hot water processing above 60°C. Digester designs vary, so you should trial the liners in your specific system before committing to full implementation. Contact us to arrange trial quantities for your facility.

Liners dissolve at 60°C and above. Standard digester cycles (60°C to 85°C) dissolve liners within 3 to 5 minutes. Cold water does not dissolve the liners.
Yes. The 3x strength rating holds heavy scraps, wet organic materials, and dense waste during collection and transport.
12 months when stored in cool, dry conditions in sealed original packaging. Humidity reduces shelf life.
Liners work in digester systems with hot water processing above 60°C. Digester designs vary, so trial in your system first.
No. PVOH dissolves and biodegrades, leaving no film, particles, or residue in the system.
Liners suit food waste and organic materials intended for digester processing. They do not suit general rubbish or non-organic waste.
If a liner tears, place it inside a second water soluble liner before loading into the digester.
These liners suit hot water digester processing. Contact our team to discuss composting compatibility for your system.

The 73 Litre Bin Liner fit my kitchen bin perfectly and they’re strong enough to carry a full bag without splitting.
The dissolvable feature is a big win for me. I just toss them in with the compostable waste or dissolve them as instructed, and there’s zero plastic guilt hanging over me. Ideal for regular household rubbish, they’re more than up to the job.
I’ve been trying to cut down on plastic waste at home, so I gave these 73L dissolvable bin liners a shot. I’m impressed. They’re sturdy enough to handle a full load of kitchen rubbish without tearing, which is more than I can say for some regular plastic bags I’ve used in the past. The fact that they dissolve in water means I’m not adding to landfill guilt every time I take out the trash.
