Carton liners protect boxes, crates and containers from moisture, contamination and product residue. Made from HDPE and LDPE materials, these gusseted liners fit snugly inside cartons and expand to match container shape. The flexible film creates a protective barrier between products and packaging, keeping contents clean and preventing leaks from reaching outer cartons.

Available in flat pack and perforated roll formats for different production line setups. Multiple colours including natural, blue, white and red suit different applications from food processing to industrial packaging. All sizes stocked in Sydney for fast Australian delivery.

13 sizes available from 540 x 290mm to 1520 x 1010mm, with gusseted and roll options. See the table below for details.

Colour Options Explained+

Natural (Clear): Transparent film allows contents visibility for inspection and inventory management. Suitable for general purpose applications where foreign material detection is not critical.

Blue: Coloured film enables easy detection of foreign material in food processing lines. If a piece of liner breaks off, the blue colour stands out against food products, reducing contamination risk. Required by many food safety protocols.

White Opaque: Conceals contents for privacy or branding purposes. Provides a clean, professional appearance and blocks light for light-sensitive products.

Red: Used for colour-coded waste streams, hazardous material containment, or visual identification in specific workflows. Highly visible for safety applications.

How to Size Carton Liners+

To select the correct carton liner size, measure your carton's internal dimensions: length, width and depth. The liner should be slightly larger than the carton to allow adequate overlap at the top for folding and securing.

For gusseted liners, the gusset depth should be at least half the carton width to ensure the liner expands properly and sits flat against the carton walls. A liner that is too small will not provide full coverage, while one that is too large may bunch up and create air pockets.

Contact our team with your carton dimensions and we can recommend the best liner size. For non-standard carton sizes, we can advise on the closest available option or discuss custom sizing for large volume orders.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a gusseted carton liner?+

A gusseted liner has folded sides that expand when the liner is placed in a carton. This allows the liner to fit snugly against the carton walls rather than bunching in the corners. The gusset depth indicates how much the sides can expand to match the carton shape.

Why use blue carton liners?+

Blue liners are used in food processing for foreign material detection. If a piece of liner accidentally breaks off and enters the product, the blue colour is easily visible against most food products. This is a food safety requirement in many meat, seafood and produce processing facilities.

What is the difference between flat pack and roll format?+

Flat pack liners are individual bags stacked flat, easy to grab one at a time. Roll format liners are connected on a perforated roll for tear-off dispensing. Roll format is faster for high-volume production lines, while flat pack is more convenient for lower volume or manual operations.

Are these liners food safe?+

Yes. The HDPE and LDPE liners are made from food-grade materials suitable for direct contact with food products. They are commonly used in meat processing, seafood packing, produce handling and other food manufacturing applications.

What is the dissolvable liner for?+

The dissolvable carton liner is made from water-soluble PVOH film. It dissolves completely in water, leaving no plastic residue. This is used in applications where the liner contents are transferred to a water-based process, or where eliminating plastic waste is required.

How many liners are in a carton?+

Pack quantities range from 100 to 2,000 per carton depending on the size. Smaller liners come in higher quantities (up to 2,000), while larger liners come in smaller quantities (100-400). Check the specific product listing for exact pack quantities.
