When a standard size does not fit your product or your process, we make packaging to your exact dimensions. You choose the length, width, gusset and gauge, and we produce it to your specification.
Custom sizes are available on bags, bin liners, pouches, barrier paper, paper bags and film, made to order and delivered across Australia.
If it is made from film or paper on a roll, we can size it
That covers bags, bin liners, pouches, barrier paper, paper bags, carton liners and pallet covers. Tell us the dimensions and we cut and seal to them.
Moulded and formed items such as cups, containers, trays and cutlery are made in fixed sizes from existing tooling, so those are available for custom printing rather than custom sizing. If you need a size outside the standard range, contact us and we will tell you what is possible.

Four measurements define most custom bags. If you are not sure of them, tell us what the packaging needs to hold and how it is handled, and we work the dimensions back from there.
LENGTH AND WIDTH
The finished flat dimensions of the bag or liner.
GUSSET
Side or bottom gusset depth, which sets how far the bag opens out.
GAUGE
Film thickness in microns. Heavier gauges carry more weight and resist tearing.
MATERIAL
The film or paper the product is made from, matched to what it needs to hold.
How it works
Tell us your dimensions, or describe what the packaging needs to hold, along with roughly how many you need and how often you reorder. We quote the setup, the minimum order and the unit price, then produce to your specification and deliver. Allow twelve weeks. If you need packaging sooner, it is worth checking our stock range first, as we hold a wide range of sizes and a standard size that is close enough often solves the problem without a custom run.
Frequently asked questions
Which products can be made in a custom size?
Anything made from film or paper supplied on a roll, which covers bags, bin liners, pouches, barrier paper, paper bags, carton liners and pallet covers. Moulded and formed items such as cups, containers, trays and cutlery are made from fixed tooling and cannot be resized.
What information do you need from me?
The length, width, gusset and gauge if you know them. If you do not, tell us what the packaging needs to hold and how it is handled, and we work the specification back from there.
What is the minimum order?
Minimums vary by product because a custom size requires a dedicated production run. Request a quote and we will confirm the figure for your product.
How long does a custom size order take?
Allow twelve weeks. If you need packaging sooner, check our stock range first, as a standard size close to your requirement will often do the job.
Can I have my custom size printed as well?
Yes. Tell us both requirements when you enquire and we quote them together, which is more efficient than running them as two separate jobs. See our custom printing page for what is possible.
Can you match a bag I already buy elsewhere?
In most cases yes. Send us a sample or the specification you currently order to, and we will quote to match it.
