The press seal closure uses interlocking plastic ridges that snap together when pressed. This creates an airtight seal that protects contents from moisture, dust and contamination. Unlike adhesive closures that lose effectiveness after opening, the press seal can be opened and closed hundreds of times while maintaining a reliable seal.

To close the bag, simply press along the seal from one end to the other. You will feel and hear the ridges clicking together. To open, grip both sides of the seal and pull apart. The bag can also be opened by sliding your fingers along the seal to separate the ridges.

For applications requiring a permanent seal, the bags can also be heat-sealed above the press seal closure using a standard impulse sealer. This provides tamper-evident packaging while keeping the resealable closure available for the end user.
