Frequently Asked Questions
Are these carton liners food grade certified?+

Yes. All Zeropac carton liners carry food grade certification. They are safe for direct contact with food including fresh produce, meat, seafood, and dry goods.

What is the difference between HDPE and LDPE carton liners?+

HDPE liners are stiffer with a matte finish. Good for dry goods, produce, and standard food manufacturing. LDPE liners are softer and more flexible. Better for wet environments, irregular loads, and applications needing puncture resistance.

What is the advantage of roll format over flat pack?+

Roll format suits high-throughput packing lines. Liners dispense continuously without unfolding a stack. Flat pack suits packing stations where operators grab individual liners.

Why are colour-coded liners useful in food operations?+

Colour coding prevents mix-ups on busy packing lines. Blue, red, and other colours let staff identify the correct liner at a glance. Supports allergen control and HACCP traceability.

What is your lead time?+

We dispatch from our Sydney warehouse within 1-2 business days for in-stock items. Most NSW orders arrive within 2-3 business days.
