Why procurement leaders choose Zeropac

  • PVOH formula, zero residue: Unlike alginate or PVA bags, our PVOH is 3 times stronger than LDPE plastic and fully dissolves in hot water, protecting lines and washers from build-up and downtime.
  • Hot-water soluble performance: Dissolves rapidly at programmed wash temperatures, reducing manual handling and improving staff safety.
  • Tearaway tie at the top: Tie off fast, keep contents contained, then let the wash cycle do the rest, no extra steps.
  • Dispenser pack format: Clean, quick access to each liner, speeding up changeovers and keeping storage neat.
  • 80L capacity, robust film: Sized for real operations, strong enough to load, designed to disappear when it matters.
  • Compliance-friendly choice: Supports hygiene protocols across healthcare, laundry, hospitality, and facilities management.

80L dissolvable bin liners

I switched to these 80L dissolvable bin liners a few weeks ago and honestly wish I’d done it sooner. They’re roomy enough for my big kitchen bin, and they hold up surprisingly well even when I’ve overfilled them
