 Frequently Asked Questions
How does the tearline opening work?+

The perforated line runs across the bag opening. Pull the tab to tear open cleanly without scissors. This provides quick access to specimens during processing.

Is the tearline as secure as a standard bag?+

Yes. The tearline only opens when pulled deliberately. During transport and handling, the bag remains fully sealed and leak-resistant.

What specimens can I use this bag for?+

This blue biohazard bag is designed for pathology specimens including blood samples, tissue specimens, and microbiological cultures requiring biohazard handling protocols.

Can I still see the documentation through the outer layer?+

Yes. The three-wall construction includes a clear middle layer for the request form. You can read patient details and test requirements without opening the specimen layer.

What is your lead time for orders?+

We dispatch from our Sydney warehouse within 1-2 business days for in-stock items. Transit time depends on your location. Most NSW orders arrive within 2-3 business days.
