Handle the heaviest 240L wheelie bin loads without a base failure. This natural HDPE liner uses a star seal base, the strongest base construction available in the 240L range, making it the right choice when bins carry dense or heavy waste that flat seal liners struggle to hold without splitting at the seam. The 560 mm side gusset opens the liner to full bin width for complete coverage.

Natural translucent film lets staff check fill levels before changing the liner. Star seal construction distributes the weight of heavy loads across multiple welded gusset points at the base, eliminating the single-seam failure point of flat seal liners. Choose this liner when waste weight, sharp debris, or high consolidation loads are a regular part of bin operations.

 Frequently Asked Questions
Why is a star seal stronger than a flat seal?+

A flat seal has one straight seam across the bottom. A star seal uses multiple welded gusset points radiating from the centre, distributing the weight of the load across several weld lines rather than one. This eliminates the single point of failure that causes flat seal liners to split under heavy loads.

How does this compare to the 240L flat bag option?+

The flat bag is the most cost-effective option for standard general waste loads. The star seal is the stronger choice when waste is dense, heavy, or includes sharp-edged items that stress the base. Choose star seal when flat seal failures have been an issue.

What does the 560mm gusset do?+

The 560 mm side gusset adds width when the liner opens, allowing it to expand to the full internal width of a 240L wheelie bin. It prevents the liner from sitting bunched at the base and ensures full coverage of the bin interior.
