What is the difference between the Extra Small and Small flat handle bags?+

The Extra Small (PH3024) is 300 x 240mm with a 100mm gusset and 90gsm paper. This Small bag is 275 x 275mm with a 150mm gusset and 100gsm paper. The deeper gusset and heavier paper make the Small the better choice for containers and slightly bulkier items, even though the overall footprint is similar.

What loads does 100gsm paper handle?+

100gsm is our standard kraft bag weight. It handles everyday loads up to 5kg including packaged food, accessories, and small retail items reliably. For loads up to 8kg, step up to the Medium (PH3234) or Large (PH3632).

Are these bags food safe?+

Yes. The bags are made from recycled paper and are suitable for carrying packaged food items. They are not designed for direct food contact.

Are these bags recyclable?+

Yes. Kerbside recyclable across most of Australia and biodegradable.

What is your lead time for orders?+

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
