The 1000 x 1000mm sheet covers larger bench surfaces and comes in a 1,000-per-carton quantity suited to high-volume operations. The 900 x 900mm is better suited to tray lining and smaller clinical surfaces.

LDPE provides a water-resistant surface barrier. It is not intended for immersion but performs well as a bench liner in standard food processing environments.
