Eliminate contact with hazardous waste

Reduce your impact on the environment

Simplify your packaging ordering

Line external clinical waste wheelie bins correctly with this 240 litre gusseted bin liner. The 1470 x 700 mm liner includes a 430 mm gusset that opens to create a flat, stable base inside the bin. HDPE construction handles the weight of consolidated clinical waste bags collected from across the facility.

Yellow colouring and biohazard printing ensure the bin is correctly identified as clinical waste at loading docks and during contractor collection. At 100 liners per carton, stock management aligns with the lower change frequency of external collection bins.

 Frequently Asked Questions
What is the gusset and why does it matter for wheelie bins?+

A gusset is an expansion fold at the base of the liner. It opens to create a flat bottom inside the bin for a secure, wrinkle-free fit. This prevents the liner bunching at the base of the wheelie bin.

Will this liner fit a standard 240L clinical waste wheelie bin?+

Yes. The 1470 x 700 mm with 430 mm gusset is designed for standard 240L wheelie bins used by clinical waste contractors. Check your specific bin dimensions if you have non-standard equipment.

Can this liner be used for all types of clinical waste?+

This liner is for general clinical waste only. Do not use for cytotoxic or anatomical waste. Use purple cytotoxic bags and red anatomical bags for those waste streams.

How should I seal the liner before contractor collection?+

Tie the open top securely using a gooseneck twist or approved cable ties before the bin is collected. Ensure the liner is not overfilled beyond three-quarters capacity.

What is your lead time for orders?+

We dispatch from our Sydney warehouse within 1-2 business days. Most NSW orders arrive within 2-3 business days.
