Handle unpredictable clinical waste loads with this heavy duty 60 litre bag. Made from flexible LDPE with 50% recycled content, the 990 x 560 mm bag fits standard 60L clinical waste bins. It is built for aged care facilities and wards where waste loads are heavier than standard bags can handle reliably.

The recycled LDPE content diverts post-consumer plastic from landfill. Performance is identical to virgin film. Yellow colouring and biohazard printing maintain clear waste stream identification through collection and disposal.

 Frequently Asked Questions
Why choose heavy duty over standard HDPE for aged care?+

Aged care generates heavy clinical waste from continence care. Heavy duty LDPE resists tears and punctures under this load. Standard HDPE can fail when bags are overfilled or contain dense waste.

What is the difference between the 55L and 60L heavy duty bags?+

Both are heavy duty LDPE with 50% recycled content. The 60L at 990 x 560 mm is 5mm wider than the 55L. Choose based on your bin dimensions.

Does the 50% recycled content affect the bag's strength?+

No. The recycled LDPE content meets the same performance standard as virgin film. You get full heavy duty performance while diverting plastic from landfill.

How should I seal the bag before disposal?+

Tie the open top using a gooseneck twist or approved cable ties. Fill to no more than three-quarters capacity for safe handling.

What is your lead time for orders?+

We dispatch from our Sydney warehouse within 1-2 business days. Most NSW orders arrive within 2-3 business days.
