Frequently Asked Questions
Why choose 20L over a larger size?+

20L bags are sized for small consultation and treatment room bins. Smaller bags reduce the risk of overfilling and make bag changes quick between patients.

What makes HDPE suitable for general clinical waste?+

HDPE has a crisp, rigid feel with good tear resistance. It handles standard clinical waste well in low-load settings like consultation rooms and GP clinics.

How should I seal the bag before disposal?+

Tie the open top using a gooseneck twist. Fill to no more than three-quarters capacity for safe closure and handling.

What is your lead time for orders?+

We dispatch from our Sydney warehouse within 1-2 business days. Most NSW orders arrive within 2-3 business days.

Can I use these for cytotoxic or anatomical waste?+

No. These yellow bags are for general clinical waste only. Use purple cytotoxic bags for chemotherapy waste and red anatomical bags for surgical waste.
