Simplify your packaging ordering

Handle the heaviest clinical waste loads without bag failures. This 120 litre heavy duty bag is made from flexible LDPE with 50% recycled content. At 1200 x 800 mm, it is larger than the standard 120L HDPE bag. It is built for central collection areas receiving consolidated waste from high-volume wards, surgical suites, and demanding departments.

Using recycled LDPE diverts post-consumer plastic from landfill. Performance equals virgin film. Yellow colouring and biohazard printing maintain clear waste stream identification from collection through to contractor pickup.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between this bag and the standard 120L HDPE bag?

+

This bag is made from heavy duty LDPE and is larger at 1200 x 800 mm versus 1000 x 780 mm. It handles heavier consolidated loads. The HDPE version has a higher carton count at 250 bags and is more cost-effective for moderate loads.

Does the 50% recycled content affect performance?

+

No. The recycled LDPE delivers the same heavy duty performance as virgin film. Every bag diverts post-consumer plastic from landfill at no cost to strength or reliability.

Why is the carton quantity lower for this bag?

+

Heavy duty LDPE bags are thicker and larger. At 1200 x 800 mm, fewer bags fit per carton compared to smaller or thinner products. Order volume is higher per bag due to the larger size.

How should I seal the bag before disposal?

+

Tie the open top securely using a gooseneck twist or approved cable ties. Fill to no more than three-quarters capacity to allow proper closure and safe handling.

What is your lead time for orders?

+

We dispatch from our Sydney warehouse within 1-2 business days. Most NSW orders arrive within 2-3 business days.
