Frequently Asked Questions
What does the gusset do?+

The 120 mm gusset adds width at the base so the bag sits open and upright in a bin. It makes the bag easier to use during procedures when hands-free access matters.

What waste goes in an anatomical waste bag?+

Anatomical waste bags are used for human tissue, organs, body parts, and blood products from procedures. They are not suitable for cytotoxic waste or general clinical waste.

Is HDPE suitable for anatomical waste at point of care?+

Yes. HDPE provides reliable containment for standard anatomical waste at the point of generation. For consolidated or heavy loads, use the 60L heavy duty LDPE bag instead.

What is your lead time for orders?+

We dispatch from our Sydney warehouse within 1-2 business days for in-stock items. Most NSW orders arrive within 2-3 business days.

Do you supply a larger anatomical waste bag?+

Yes. The 60L heavy duty LDPE bag is available for surgical theatres and central collection areas. View the full range in our anatomical waste bags collection.
