Yes. These plates are certified home compostable and certified industrially compostable. Home composting means they break down in a backyard compost bin without requiring industrial processing. Industrial composting via a commercial facility is also an option.

Yes. These plates are food grade certified and suitable for direct contact with hot and cold food, oily foods, and wet foods. The bagasse material is naturally oil and water resistant.

Use the 10 inch (250mm) when you need maximum plating surface — generous proteins, multi-component dishes, buffet mains, and BBQ service. Use the 9 inch (230mm) for standard main meal portions. The 10 inch is 20mm wider and 1mm deeper for added stability.
