Quality Assurance Policy

Zeropac is committed to delivering consistent, high-quality packaging and foodservice products that meet customer requirements and applicable regulatory standards. We are progressing toward ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification.

Supplier Quality Management

  • All suppliers assessed against quality, capability, compliance, and reliability criteria before approval
  • Supplier certifications verified (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 22000, or equivalent)
  • Certificates of Analysis and Certificates of Conformity obtained for all product batches
  • Periodic supplier performance reviews conducted

Incoming Inspection and Storage

  • All incoming stock inspected at our Blacktown warehouse for identity, quantity, packaging integrity, and labelling
  • Non-conforming goods quarantined and managed through a structured process
  • Clean, temperature-controlled warehouse with FIFO stock rotation and shelf life monitoring
  • Six months of inventory maintained for core products to ensure supply security
  • Food contact products stored separately where required to prevent cross-contamination

Traceability

Every product can be traced from the original manufacturing batch through to customer delivery. Our system records manufacturer batch and lot numbers, dates of manufacture and expiry, incoming inspection results, and customer order details. GS1 barcoding is applied to all products. This enables rapid identification of affected stock and customers in the event of a quality issue.
