Micron refers to film thickness. Thicker film offers more puncture resistance for heavy or irregular loads. 17um suits light uniform loads. 20um handles most standard applications. 23um is best for heavy or sharp-edged product.

It depends on your machine settings, wrap cycles, and load height. Most operations wrap 30-50 standard pallets per 1600m roll. Higher pre-stretch settings will extend roll life further.
