Ethical Sourcing Policy

Zeropac holds our suppliers and manufacturing partners to clear standards on labour practices, human rights, environmental responsibility, and business ethics. This policy applies to all suppliers across our full product range, including our manufacturing partners in Malaysia, Vietnam, and China and their upstream raw material suppliers.

Labour Standards

  • No forced labour, child labour, or debt bondage in any form
  • No confiscation of identity documents or restriction of workers' freedom of movement
  • Fair wages at or above the legal minimum, with voluntary overtime compensated at premium rates
  • Workers must receive at least one rest day per seven-day working period
  • Zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, or abuse of any kind
  • Workers have the right to freedom of association and collective bargaining as permitted by local law

Health, Safety, and Environment

  • Safe and healthy working environments with appropriate PPE provided at no cost to workers
  • Emergency procedures including fire safety, evacuation plans, and first aid facilities
  • Compliance with all applicable environmental laws and regulations
  • Responsible waste management and efforts to reduce energy consumption and emissions

How We Monitor Compliance

We monitor compliance through supplier self-assessment questionnaires, review of certifications and audit reports, direct engagement with factory management, and site visits where feasible. Non-compliance triggers a corrective action plan with clear timelines. Serious or persistent violations, particularly those involving forced labour, child labour, or severe safety risks, result in immediate termination of the supplier relationship.

The full Ethical Sourcing Policy is available on request. If you suspect unethical conduct in our supply chain, all reports are treated confidentially.
