Frequently Asked Questions
What specimens require yellow bags?+

Yellow bags are used for body fluid specimens including urine samples and chemical pathology specimens based on your facility's colour coding system. Check your lab's specific protocols for specimen category assignments.

How does three-wall construction work?+

The inner layer holds the specimen container. The middle layer holds the request form. The outer layer provides clean handling during transport. This prevents contamination between layers.

Is this bag leak-resistant?+

Yes. LDPE construction and self-sealing closure provide leak resistance. Always ensure specimen containers are properly sealed before placing in the bag.

What size containers fit in this bag?+

The 260 x 160mm size fits standard urine containers, body fluid specimen containers, and small pathology collection vessels.

What is your lead time for orders?+

We dispatch from our Sydney warehouse within 1-2 business days for in-stock items. Transit time depends on your location. Most NSW orders arrive within 2-3 business days.
